All park facilities (picnic areas) are available to the public on a first-come-first-serve-basis all year-round. Rental of a park is not required, however, without a permit, the park area is open to the public. Permits (reservations) may be obtained for reservable areas to guarantee the availability of a picnic area (March to October only).

Monday-Friday and are taken on a first-come-first-serve basis, except for school use, company events, weddings, political gatherings, or any gathering that would otherwise require department approval or special permits.
