Furthermore I've been talking to your husband and offered him the option to have your 8 year old chiller repaired and a loan system installed whilst repairs were in progress. Have been with Pure H2O for a number of years and have 3 machines in 3 different locations. Two of these were efficiently and satisfactorily maintained recently by technician Vlad. Arrived perfectly on time. After inspecting the machine, he explained the situation to me and was able to completely fix the fault on an ageing machine. I did have had an extremely poor experience some years ago with an inexperienced technician but couldn't fault this one.
