Products featuring eLink are categorized into three application specific categories: Support, Monitoring, and Controls. These features of eLink identify how the cloud provides you with the support and control you require.

A LoadMatch® system is the marriage of two old ideas wrapped around a new technology. The old ideas are single pipe distribution and primary-secondary pumping. The new technology consists of the use of maintenance-free wet rotor circulators. The primary distribution system is a single pipe loop; the secondary distribution system is a decoupled secondary piping loop for each terminal unit in the system. The wet rotor circulator provides the specified flow to each terminal unit at all times. The simplicity of the Load-Match® concept allows you to specify one size of pipe for large portions of the system. In single loop installations, there is no limit to the number of coils you can install. Final pipe size is determined by the total load of the loop and ∆T. If your loop is heavily loaded, it’s practical to split the system into two loops with smaller pipe sizes. This change saves installation costs, energy, and money, and can reduce pump head, and lower hp. When loops are carrying equal loads and arranged symmetrically, they will nearly self-balance. The resulting configuration will keep balancing losses down and will lower ongoing energy costs.

Taco 4900 Series® Commercial Air & Dirt Separators help you save money and prolong the life of system pumps, piping and components by removing air, dirt and other contaminants from the system to prevent problems such as reduced heat transfer, loss of efficiency, pipe corrosion, pump damage, noise and the waste and cost of increased energy consumption. Patented PALL ring technology, and an optional switchable on/ off magnet, clears the system of micro-bubbles as small as 18 x 10 -6 meters, magnetite, sand, dirt and rust.

Through the use of our Pall Ring design, the 4900 Series® uses coalescence to collect  and merge micro-bubbles and allow them to vent through the integral vent mechanism at the top of the vessel. The Pall Rings stop the momentum of dirt particles allowing them to fall to the bottom of the vessel and be blown down by the integral full port blow down valve. The optional on/ off magnet uses a high-powered neodymium magnet assembly to collect black iron oxide and magnetite. This unique feature of being able to energize the magnet with the flip of a handle allows easy maintenance, reducing the time and effort required to collect and flush magnetite from your system. These are great for systems with variable speed, ECM and constant flow requirements. Taco 4900 Series® Commercial Air Separator feature test results from a 3rd party independent testing agency so you can be confident in the performance results of our 4900 models.
