Took some back and forth communications with help@prozrted.com to get it working. Email response is of course slowed by 12 hour time zone delay overseas. After wading thru all it could do I realized I only needed basic on and off to prewarm water for shower. Does that just fine. Press middle tab on remote, pump growls to life, when it stops I can get into prewarmed shower saving 5 minutes of Wasted H2O down drain. I see reviews with lots of complaints about installation – most of which are not prozrted related. Think of this as a 3 pound plumbing fixture with a half inch threaded inlet and outlet you have to install in parallel with a faucet. Leaks, cross threading, inability to find position for device are all basic plumbing related, not prozrted related. These are prozrted related issues: 1) insufficient mounting hole positions on pump body only permit vertical mount. 2) if you do not have remote you cannot alter temperature set points. 3) In my case with “no 60 minute extension” pump if I did not have remote pump would have never started 4) set point range is too restrictive 5) operating and installation instructions are in large part available on line, in manual, in videos – in other words not in collective text / graphics in manual. This is why you need help@prozrted.com. if they put it all together properly the tech support folks could take a break.
