Steamtrap working principle

The proprietary Donahue steam trap is designed to efficiently discharge condensate from corrugating rolls, preheater rolls, preconditioner rolls, and hot plates. A thermostatic bellow provides automatic air-venting to ensure rapid warm-up of the rolls and other components while an optional vacuum breaker prevents water hammer and proper draining of residual condensate after a shut-down.

This 5-stage system uses all the traditional RO filtration stages (sediment, carbon, membrane, post-filter) with an extra stage to correct the PH in your water. In all, there are six stages: 3 vertical and 2 horizontal. Find the compatible replacement parts below.

Not all filters have the same replacement schedule. Replace the RO membrane filter every two years. Replace all other filters every 6-12 months. Help keep your system sanitary by never using filters longer than 12 months, except the RO membrane filter, regardless of how much water you use.
