Package/Freight items:Customer is responsible for noting any damage on product or package when receiving packages, pallets, crates, freight items and small packages in a timely manner of 1 business day. Pictures are required for warranty issues and return. Eastern Irrigation is not responsible for product damaged upon customer opening or removing items from packaging. Eastern Irrigation has the right to refuse returns for damaged items received.

If any term or provision of this Agreement is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability will not affect any other term or provision of this Agreement or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. Company may assign this Agreement and its rights hereunder, in whole or in part, to any party. This Agreement is binding on and inures to my benefit and the benefit of Company and our respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors, and permitted assigns. All matters arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of North Carolina without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of North Carolina or any other jurisdiction). Any claim or cause of action arising under this Agreement may be brought only in the federal and state courts located in North Carolina, and I hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Freight shipments: All damage is required to be marked on Bill of Lading. Be responsible, inspect the delivery and make sure nothing is missing, pieces damaged, parts dented or scratched. If damage is not noted when signing and receiving, Eastern Irrigation is unable to make a claim with the shipper on your behalf.

We recommend documenting the condition that you shipped the item in and email it to info@easternirrigation.com after you have submitted your Return Request.Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Company shall be the exclusive owner of all rights, including copyright, in the Materials. I hereby irrevocably transfer, assign, and otherwise convey to Company my entire right, title, and interest, if any, in and to the Materials and all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Materials arising in any jurisdiction throughout the universe in perpetuity, including all registration, renewal, and reversion rights, and the right to sue to enforce such copyrights against infringers. I acknowledge and agree that I have no right to review or approve Materials before they are used by Company, and that Company has no liability to me for any editing or alteration of the Materials or for any distortion or other effects resulting from Company’s editing, alteration, or use of the Materials, or Company’s presentation of me. Any credit or other acknowledgment of me, if any, shall be determined by Company in Company’s sole discretion. Company has no obligation to create or use the Materials or to exercise any rights given by this Agreement.

Submit a Return Request:To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that have been installed are not eligible for return.  It must also be in the original packaging with instructions and all applicable items/accessories.  We also have a restocking fee on items that ranges from 10-40%.  The restocking fee includes all shipping charges that are non-refundable.  Any return that receives a return label must have the item shipped within 10 days of receiving the label.  We will not accept returns that go beyond the 10 day window.

I represent and warrant to Company that I am at least 18 years of age, and I have full right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and grant the rights granted hereunder. *Note - Some products require freight shipping. For these shipments a phone number is required so the carrier can arrange appointment with the customer. Customer is required to be present for unloading delivery and is responsible for noting any damage on bill of lading. Freight shipments are curbside- this is a standard freight practice with all carriers.  Customers will be required to unload their package or request a lift gate for $99.  The freight carriers will not bring your package to the front door like traditional UPS or FedEx delivery.  Please mark all damage immediately or any suspected damage on the Bill of Lading.  We cannot accept any returns or make a claim without a note on the Bill of Lading.  The customer must be present for all freight deliveries.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I hereby irrevocably waive all legal and equitable rights relating to all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, and expenses, including but not limited to claims for copyright or trademark infringement, infringement of moral rights, libel, defamation, invasion of any rights of privacy (including intrusion, false light, public disclosure of private facts, and misappropriation of name or likeness), violation of rights of publicity, physical or emotional injury or distress, or any similar claim or cause of action in tort, contract, or any other legal theory, now known or hereafter known in any jurisdiction throughout the world (collectively, “Claims“), arising directly or indirectly from the Authorized Persons’ exercise of their rights under this Agreement or the production, exhibition, exploitation, advertising, promotion, or other use of the Materials, and whether resulting in whole or in part from the negligence of Company or any other person, and I hereby covenant not to make or bring any such Claim against any Authorized Persons and forever release and discharge the Authorized Persons from liability under such Claims. I understand that Company is relying on this Agreement and will incur significant expense in reliance on this Agreement, and I agree that this Agreement cannot be terminated, rescinded, or modified, in whole or in part.

The FEBCO 765 PVB is designed to be installed to provide protection against backsiphonage of toxic or non-toxic liquids. It consists of a spring loaded check valve which closes tightly when the pressure in the assembly drops below 1psi or when zero flow occurs, plus, an air relief valve that opens to break a siphon when the pressure in the assembly drops to 1psi. Specifications Pressure Vacuum Breaker assemblies shall be installed to withstand pressure for long periods and to prevent backflow of contaminated water into the potable water system in backsiphonage conditions. The Pressure Vacuum Breaker assembly shall consist of a single spring loaded check valve which closes tightly when water flow through the assembly drops to zero, and a single air relief valve that opens to break the siphon when pressure drops to 1psi. The assembly shall include two resilient seated shut-offs and two resilient seated test cocks, considered integral to the assembly. Assemblies must be factory backflow tested. The check valve and air inlet valve must be constructed to allow in-line servicing of the assembly. The valve body shall be constructed of bronze. The check, poppet and bonnet assembly shall be constructed of engineered plastic to protect the valve body from freeze damage
