These water hammer arrestors feature a pre-charged, permanently sealed air chamber with a movable polypropylene piston to absorb shocks and prevent loss of air to water. The LF15M2 Series products come equipped with NPT solid hex brass adapter / solder end connections for easy installation, in new or existing plumbing systems, using a standard pipe tee horizontally, vertically or at any angle. These Watts shock arrestors have a factory set pressure of 60 psi and can withstand a maximum pressure of 150 psi. They are available in 1/2, 3/4 and 1 inch pipe size options on Raptor Supplies.
