The water pressure regulator works on the principle of pressure reduction. It is preferably for use in the provided water systems. The pressure regulator consists of a housing, a piston or diaphragm valve with an adjustable spring and a spring cap. The inlet pressure reaches the target value, opens the piston or diaphragm against the spring force of the control valve and builds up the output pressure. The output pressure is the controlled variable. When exceeding the nominal value the valve closes, when there is a shortfall the valve opens and thus the output pressure is kept almost constant. By changing the spring tension, the spring setpoint can be continuously adjusted. The pressure regulator is available in four variants: - Variant I: brass housing with DIN DVGW and international drinking water approvals - Variant II: brass housing with inspectable strainer, DIN DVGW and international drinking water approvals - Variant III: stainless steel housing with DIN DVGW approval - Variant IV: plastic housing with threaded connection G1/8" and G1/4"

I have been using this app since the initial release and in a few years I’ve seen consistent improvement to the functionality and user experience. I am extremely impressed with whoever is leading this app development team because they are top notch. Most recently the use of the Azure B2C login has been migrated to a custom domain which makes saved passwords easier and simpler as the password is associated with just watts.io and not the generic B2C domain which too many app developers use and hence you have dozens of saved creds pop up. Also the autofill for iOS is fantastic and down to a single click. These types of precision and attention to details indicate the dev team really knows what they are doing. You don’t see this often. Top notch team. Top notch app. Great work.

For selecting the correct product please refer to the technical data, images and notes for proper use according to the data sheet.

I hate the thermostat my installer included with my heat pump. The thermostat itself is fine, but the app is hot garbage. Why not let people control their thermostat with other software. Why does Tekmar really need to know my address and my home heating habits? The privacy policy is garbage. Why I am dependent on their security for my home internet? Is tekmar selling my data?
