5. 2. Expansion tanks are supplied filled with gas. Before connecting the tank to the heating system, set the initial gas pressure in the tank according to the value specified in the calculation results. This may require either lowering the pressure by releasing gas through the valve or using a compressor to pump it through the same valve.

3. Connect the tank to the heating system and slowly fill it with water until the pressure in the system equals the gas pressure in the expansion tank.

4. Turn on the circulation pump and continue filling the system with water until the initial operating pressure is established at the expansion tank connection point. At this point, the tank will receive the reserve operating volume of water.
