A grease trap (or grease interceptor) is a plumbing device (a type of trap) designed to intercept most greases and solids before they enter a wastewater disposal system. These units reduce the amount of fats, oils and greases (FOGs) that enter sewers.  These grease traps can be installed on the floor, partially recessed, or flush-to-floor.  These light duty grease traps range from 4 GPM to 50 GPM.  Click here to size your grease trap.
