The following navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

If you purchase materials of more than $1,500 before taxes we will waive the single floor fee. If you have multiple floors we will waive the additional fees at $3,000. You will receive the credit at the checkout. If you purchase the materials from PEXhouse.com within 30 days after the layout is completed we will credit your account the fee.

The fee for the P.Eng stamp cannot be waived and is a fixed cost. It is not required for all drawings. It is your responsibility to confirm with your municipality if it is required.
