CPS units will be installed across a European wind farm project, with manufacturing at the group’s Newton Aycliffe facility in the UK. Tekmar Group will use its in-house subsea analysis to support the project, which starts immediately and will be completed by December 2025.

In terms of other recent news coming from Tekmar Group, in November 2023, the company secured a contract worth over £2.5 million (around $3 million) to deliver cable protection for a project in the Middle East.

“This contract, where we are partnering with a new customer, is testament to our strong in-house engineering capabilities, which enable us to address customers’ complex engineering requirements and optimise and de-risk projects,” said Alasdair MacDonald, CEO of Tekmar Group.

In March 2024, Tekmar Group unveiled that their financial performance for the 2023 financial year improved, with a revenue of £39.9 million, compared to £30.2 million in FY22.
