Water leakage from the nipple when unscrewing indicates a rupture of the membrane between the air and water chambers. In this case, the tank is not serviceable and needs to be replaced.

Usually in a new tank the pressure is set exactly according to these indicators, but it happens that during transportation, service or other manipulations it shifts, in which case it must be measured and equalized.

We initially started off with the water purifier system around 2 years ago. In December 2022 we upgraded to the chilled, sparkling and hot water tap. The set up is great and the customer service has been superb. Small teething issue after install but was rectified immediately. I have to say, its great to see quality products designed and manufactured in the UK as well.

The normal pressure in the reverse osmosis tank is 0.4 - 0.6 atm. Values higher and lower than these indicators indicate that the filter will not work effectively.

This operation is also not difficult to perform - you will need a car compressor or a hand pump. It is important to pump air slowly and smoothly, with intermediate pressure measurements. If you have noticed that something is wrong with the filter and have ruled out other problems, it is worth checking the pressure in the tank; if the service is performed by a service engineer, we recommend asking them to check and set the pressure.

Have been with Pure H2O for a number of years and have 3 machines in 3 different locations. Two of these were efficiently and satisfactorily maintained recently by technician Vlad. Arrived perfectly on time. After inspecting the machine, he explained the situation to me and was able to completely fix the fault on an ageing machine. I did have had an extremely poor experience some years ago with an inexperienced technician but couldn't fault this one.

Worst goods and services we had for years. Water purifier was faulty and had to be replaced 4 times in 8 years. second hand refurbished systems always had troubles. made terrible noise with pump that sounded like a train. cooling unit now not working for months and customer services refuses to repair it and suggests to buy a brand new system. manager director making up different stories all times and now refusing to talk on the phone. avoid itBtw we always paid for servicing the machines that proved to be faulty all the times. Every year we spent 150-200£ for services. Had two leaking machines that flooded and ruined our wooden floor. Maybe Pure management should have checked the bills we paid. And now after 8 years expect us to scrap it as engineers are not able to repair another faulty piece.

We have had our unit for many years. Each service has been carried out efficiently and timeously. Today we had a service by Lewis the maintenance technician, which was outstanding as he recognised (unprompted) a new bathroom had been fitted since the last time. He then carried extra tests on the system to check pipe work installation.

Whilst renovating our house I was determined to install a purified water system and water softener. Having been highly recommended Roger by trusted friends we had no hesitation in contacting him. Roger was so informative and helpful the process was pretty straight forward and I can truly say 7 months in that this was the best decision we made. The water is delicious the fizzy water is delicious the boiling water leaves no scum when you make tea and is also delicious. I love the touch screen - to wash up the two options are perfect to wash up with and rinse. The after sales team is great and they are always on hand if I have a query. I even attached the water to my fridge so get the best ice. No more purchasing plastic or glass water bottles ever again. Highly highly recommend.
