Our Commercial Hydroponic System is a customized Reverse Osmosis water filter that is capable of reducing up to 99% of most contaminants. This system is designed for use with hydroponic or horticultural applications. This system is built to give the maximum amount of flow from the membrane while sending less waste water to the drain, compared to similar RO filters. Please read the following setup and maintenance guide to get the maximum results from your filter.

A hose assembly for an appliance needs to be connected to the appliance and the consumer piping by a threaded or other metal connection. There are three allowable connection methods depending on the hose assembly setup:
A significant number of the gas applications Energy Safe Victoria receives are for commercial kitchen installations, and a major reason for failed commercial kitchen inspections is the incorrect installation of appliances and hose assemblies. As a result, Energy Safe has provided gasfitters with several aides to help achieve a compliant commercial kitchen installation that include:
Commercial catering equipment connected by hose assembly must be restrained to prevent stress being applied to the hose connections when the appliance is moved, where the accepted method of restraint:

Installation InstructionsCongratulations on your new Premier Commercial water treatment system. We hope your system brings you many years of service and fresh clean water. There are a few basic steps we wanted to inform you about when it comes to the installation and maintenance of your water treatment system. If you should have any difficulties or questions, do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help you any way we can.We strongly recommend to hooking your Commercial RO unit to a softened water supply. Your system was built to order, and it is ready to hook up to a water supply with the appropriate adapters included. Your system has been pressure tests all systems prior to shipping, so your RO membrane will be installed. The only other work you need to complete is hooking the unit up to a supply and drain line.Unpack your unit completely.Inspect for any damage or broken parts as a result of shipping.Locate and connect the supply side (RIGHT SIDE of lower housing) of the equipment. The side port is ready for the supply tube, the Black 3/8” tubing. Then connect your specified adaptor, if it has not already been done.Locate and connect the Drain line to the other end of the membrane housing (LEFT SIDE). The correct port for the drain line is the port to the side, not the center port. Place the other end in an appropriate area to accept drain water.Take the remaining tube and insert it into the remaining open port (center) on the membrane housing (RIGHT SIDE). This is the product/RO water. Now allow the system to run for approximately 15 minutes to flush completely. Please check systems for leaks, parts can come lose during shipping! These instructions cover the most common set up configurations. If you ordered different colored tubing or filter cartridge housings, you may not be able to follow these instructions completely. Please contact us if you have problems with your unit. Installing a buffer (or spacer) behind an appliance helps prevent strain, abrasion, or kinking of the hose when the appliance is moved back into position. Given the mobility of the appliance, buffers also ensure that surrounding combustible surfaces (behind and on each side of the appliance) are protected and minimum manufacturer clearances are maintained.

Always read the manufacturer’s installation instructions to determine the recommended method of connection. As a general rule, appliances that are not designed to be moved should be connected by rigid pipe.
A hose assembly is to hang freely in a ‘U’ shape. Always avoid strain on the hose assembly and its connections. Figure 1 is what a hose assembly should look like when fully installed (including the restraints and buffers).

Similarly, appliances designed with wheels must not have the wheels rendered inoperable so as to avoid the installation of a hose assembly. Wheels may only be replaced with support legs supplied by the appliance manufacturer in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.
We acknowledge Victoria's Traditional Owners as the original custodians of the lands on which we work. We offer gratitude and pay respect to Elders past and present.
The hose assembly fixed gas connection should be installed a suitable distance from the appliance connection to create a hanging radius that prevents the hose from kinking.
Fitting wheels or castors to appliances supplied with support legs should only be done with the components supplied by the appliance manufacturer and in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.

The appliance isolation valves and regulators must also be accessible for the purpose of isolation, servicing and adjustment. Accessible is defined as access being gained without hazard or undue difficulty. This may be achieved by locating the isolation valve and regulator next to the appliance (for example, beneath a bench) or underneath the appliance but brought forwards for ease of access.
