As well as reducing the maximum amount of contaminants, our Reverse Osmosis filters for drinking water also use Coconut Carbon and/or Natural Mineral Media to buffer the pH level from neutral, to alkaline, and even high alkaline!

Please note that Reverse Osmosis filtration works optimally on Chlorinated Mains/Municipal/Town water, although in some rare cases, Reverse Osmosis may be suitable for treating Bore Water that has been comprehensively tested, analyzed, and deemed suitable for RO Treatment by our in-house water treatment expert. In this case, we would normally recommend the High Performance Smart Monitor RO System, which features a booster pump to ensure the system has sufficient osmotic pressure to ensure consistent contaminant reduction results when working alongside a standard household accumulator pump.
