All goods wished to be returned for credit must have prior authorization. No credit will be issued on special-order items or orders to China. Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of the invoice. A 25% restocking charge will be assessed against all authorized returns unless the return is a result of our error or manufacturer defect. All non-defective items must be unused and in the original packaging. Any claims against shortages must be reported within two working days after receipt of merchandise. All issued credits will be returned to the original form of payment within one week of the returned merchandise inspection being approved.
