Avon Lake Regional Water is seeking a highly motivated Professional Operator for the position of full-time Plant Operator at the Water Filtration Plant. This position will primarily be a relief operator to cover open shifts in the schedule, as necessary. Under direct supervision of the Water Filtration Plant Manager and/or the Senior Operator, when not covering shifts, he/she will perform various tasks related to the treatment process. This may include minor maintenance to chemical feed equipment, online analysis equipment, acceptance of chemical deliveries, filter washes, laboratory or production data entry and other tasks.
