Lift-off enclosures work well in tight areas.  They are locked on two sides and when unlocked, lift directly off the device.

The design of the Lift-off Backflow Preventer Enclosure allows for more latitude in installation. It can be mounted to existing concrete or any other hard service. This feature is very desirable when there is a need to protect existing equipment. In addition, since one size Lift-Off can cover several different sizes of valves or equipment, a Lift-Off can cost less than a standard enclosure.
