We initially started off with the water purifier system around 2 years ago. In December 2022 we upgraded to the chilled, sparkling and hot water tap. The set up is great and the customer service has been superb. Small teething issue after install but was rectified immediately. I have to say, its great to see quality products designed and manufactured in the UK as well.

Remove O-ringsCarefully remove the O-rings located near the top of each filter housing and place them on a clean surface.

Turn Off the Water SupplyLocate the shut-off valve that controls the water flow to your RO system. Turn the valve off to stop the water supply.

Whilst renovating our house I was determined to install a purified water system and water softener. Having been highly recommended Roger by trusted friends we had no hesitation in contacting him. Roger was so informative and helpful the process was pretty straight forward and I can truly say 7 months in that this was the best decision we made. The water is delicious the fizzy water is delicious the boiling water leaves no scum when you make tea and is also delicious. I love the touch screen - to wash up the two options are perfect to wash up with and rinse. The after sales team is great and they are always on hand if I have a query. I even attached the water to my fridge so get the best ice. No more purchasing plastic or glass water bottles ever again. Highly highly recommend.

Pure H2O have been an integral part of our family's health and wellbeing for over 20 years now. Prepare for Excess WaterExcess water in the filter housings may spill while replacing filters. Place a shallow tray or pan under the filter housing to catch any water that may spill and have a towel or cloth available.

Turn Off Line to Refrigerator (if applicable)If there’s a line connecting your RO to your refrigerator or ice maker, locate the shut-off valve on that line. Turn off the valve on the line leading to the refrigerator or ice maker.

Installation of our new PurityPro system went very smoothly and we are delighted with the result... the water is simply divine. The whole family is drinking more water and the kids, most importantly, love it too!

We have had our unit for many years. Each service has been carried out efficiently and timeously. Today we had a service by Lewis the maintenance technician, which was outstanding as he recognised (unprompted) a new bathroom had been fitted since the last time. He then carried extra tests on the system to check pipe work installation.

Flush the SystemTurn on the RO faucet at the sink to initiate the system flush. Ensure that the valve on the storage tank remains closed. This will remove air and carbon fines from the system. Eventually, you should get a small steady stream of water or a very fast drip from the RO faucet. Allow approximately 1-2 gallons flush through the RO system. Place a large bowl or pitcher in the sink to collect the water and help estimate how much water the system has flushed. Discard any collected water.

You've had free maintenance on your tap system for 8 years Mrs Reuter. Furthermore I've been talking to your husband and offered him the option to have your 8 year old chiller repaired and a loan system installed whilst repairs were in progress. No doubt he will discuss this option with you and you can decide weather or not to proceed.

It’s been 8 years since PureH2O installed our water filter and changed our lives for the better. We never buy bottled water any more because the quality and taste from our tap is superior. The best thing though that I want to mention is how much money we have saved every year. We live in an extremely hard water area and prior to PureH2O we had to replace our kettle, washing machine and dishwasher and shower heads etc regularly but we still have the same appliances running perfectly 8 years in! All reverse osmosis systems require periodic maintenance to ensure water quality remains top notch. The most important maintenance for an RO system is on time filter changes. Failure to replace RO filters and membranes on schedule can result in a clogged and damaged system.

I have had a reverse osmosis water purifier machine for nearly 25 years with The Pure H2O Company as I have been aware of the benefits of drinking clean water. Living in London tap water although treated has hidden elements that I'd rather avoid.On 04/11/2022 we had an new RODI upgrade and the difference even to what we had drank before was apparent. My wife said to me at the weekend she thought the water tasted so much better than before which for me is all I needed to hear that the RODI is a great addition to our health.

POLISHING FILTERIn a four-stage RO System, a final post filter (carbon filter) will “polish” off the water to remove any remaining taste and odor in the water. Change this filter every 12 months to ensure quality water. Do not wait until taste is a problem.

Verify Correct FiltersBefore unwrapping the new filters, make sure that they closely resemble the old filters being replaced.

External Fittings (if applicable)If the filter has external fittings attached to each end of the filter, unscrew the fittings from the filter. Remove any remaining plumber’s tape. Wrap male threaded fittings with 2-3 layers of new plumber’s tape and reinstall into the new filter.

Turn On Storage TankOpen the ball valve on top of the storage tank by turning the blue handle a quarter turn counterclockwise. The blue handle should be parallel with the tubing connected to the tank.

SEDIMENT PREFILTERThis pre-filter stage is designed to strain out sediment, silt, and dirt and is especially important as the sediment filter protects dirt from getting to the delicate RO membranes that can be damaged by sediment. Learn more about sediment filter. Change this filter every 6-12 months-- more often in areas with very high turbidity in water.

Clean and Reseat O-RingsWipe the O-rings clean with a soft, clean towel. Inspect them visually for any signs of damage such as nicks, cuts, or abrasions. If any O-ring appears damaged, replace it to prevent potential leaks. If the O-rings are in good condition, lightly lubricate them with silicone lubricant. Insert the O-ring into the filter-housing O-ring groove and ensure it is seated correctly.

Turn Off Storage TankLocate the blue shut-off valve situated on top of the storage tank. Close the valve by turning the blue handle a quarter turn clockwise.

Have been with Pure H2O for a number of years and have 3 machines in 3 different locations. Two of these were efficiently and satisfactorily maintained recently by technician Vlad. Arrived perfectly on time. After inspecting the machine, he explained the situation to me and was able to completely fix the fault on an ageing machine. I did have had an extremely poor experience some years ago with an inexperienced technician but couldn't fault this one.

Install New FiltersInsert each new filter in the correct filter housing. Confirm that the filter is properly seated. Reattach the filter housing to the correct position on the system. Tighten by hand only, avoiding excessive tightening.

Remove RO MembraneUnscrew the cap from the membrane housing and remove the used RO mem-brane. Take note of the direction in which the membrane was installed. If it proves challenging to remove, use needle-nose pliers for assistance.

Disconnect Tube from Membrane HousingIdentify the RO membrane filter housing. Disconnect the single tube connected to the membrane housing cap (typically on the right side).

Remove the Vertical Filter HousingsIdentify the two or three (depending on your system) vertical filter housings on your system. Unscrew the vertical filter housings from the system and remove the used filter cartridges. If you encounter difficulty unscrewing the filter housing, you may need a special filter housing wrench.
