I love having a thermostatic valve in the shower and bath. I've been trying to find something similar for use in a bathroom vanity and kitchen sink. Does anyone know of one? I've seen Moen and a couple other manufacturers have ones meant for faucets with on/off only (typically in a commercial setting with sensors to turn the water on and off). This could potentially work but it isn't my first choice.

Another option I have thought of would be to have a vanity faucet with separate cold and hot valves. I'd plumb the cold line straight to the cold side as usual. For the hot side, I would have cold and hot routed to a thermostatic valve set to about 100F with the hot water side connected to this thermostatic valve. This would mean you could have cold water or hot water that is at the perfect temperature each time. You'd only be able to set a single temperature under the sink on the valve itself.
